First and foremost, let me just say that there is no better real estate agent in this particular area and I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone selling and/or looking to buy a home. She is extremely professional, accommodating, and responsive, and I was deeply impressed by how well she knew the  market, home values, and she was especially always true to her word. I am so lucky to have found an agent that not only is helpful throughout my home sale process, when it can be nerve wracking, but also knowledgeable on how to find long-term value for our future home with my family and young three kids in mind. I can't say enough good things about Debbie! We had been through the selling and buying process in the past and can honestly compare Debbie as top notch. Debra knows Long Island and especially the Cold Spring/Lloyd Harbor/Huntington region. She showed us what we came to adore about the towns and we fell in love with the area because she took the time to show us the schools, the shops and the people. She dedicated herself to learning our likes and dislikes and therefore became our advocate. Debra also became our friend because of her warm and welcoming personality. She is not fake and phony. She is honest and straight-forward, and she truly enjoys what she does and it shows.

Her passion really shines through. She represents a client with a total understanding that buying a home is a happy event but is also a most stressful time. She constantly checks in and responds immediately to concerns or issues that arise during the home-buying process. She was there every step of the way and was present at every inspection and meeting. Even after closing, she had food delivered on our moving day because she knew that we were overwhelmed and at wits end!
