Saint Patrick's Day Parade

It’s that time of year again and we’re feeling LUCKY! There is plenty of food, drinks and celebrations to be had now until Saint Patrick’s Day.

This Sunday, March 10th, the 85th Annual Huntington Ancient Order of Hibernians St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be bustling through Huntington Village. The parade will feature dozens of the finest metro area’s pipe bands and will be lead by Timothy Rossiter, Grand Marshal.

As Long Island’s oldest and largest St. Patrick's parade it only seems fitting to celebrate in my favorite town!

The parade kicks off at the Huntington Train Station and will make its way into the village among thousands of spectators along New York Avenue and Main Street. So if you are planning on driving through town be aware of road closures and alternative routes.

ALL Huntington pubs and eateries will be celebrating before, during and after the parade on the 10th and on St. Patrick’s Day the 17th.

Make your way through the parade and stop by anyone of these Irish Pubs to grab a drink and a bite to eat:

F.H. Riley’s
400 New York Ave

Katie Mc’s Irish Pub
397 New York Ave

5 Wall Street

Finley’s of Green Street
43, Green Street

Mckeown’s Pub
1 Clinton Ave

“May your day be touched by a bit of Irish luck brightened by a song in your heart, (and warmed by the smiles) of the people you LOVE.”
